As we continue to implement a fix we have turned creates of notebooks/jobs off in NY2.

Monitoring

A fix has been implemented and we continue to monitor. There may still be some sporadic degradation as the system recovers. We will update once it's fully resolved.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue where creating new notebooks & jobs or starting existing notebooks are stuck in pending/provisioning/queued. Our engineers are working to resolve the situation.
