A small number of users were affected by our storage servers going down. Those users have been notified via email.
Some other users in the AMS datacenters may have experienced issues starting, restarting and stopping their machines while our engineers cleared the incident. Those users should be working as intended now. If you experience any continuing issues, please reach out to support.

We are currently experiencing connectivity issue in part of our AMS1 datacenter. Some machines may experience issues starting up. Our engineers are aware of the issue and working on the impacted infrastructure and will update with progress/resolution.
